I knew this was in the works for a while, but it is now official. Charter Communications has purchased Time Warner Cable. I have grown very fond of my time with Time Warner Cable and love the people and culture that have formed together. I’m nervous and excited to see where this merger will take the company and my career. One thing I know for certain is that there will be change and there will be plenty to do!
It has been fun and interesting to meet with my counterparts at Charter Communications over the last several weeks and months. So far it’s mostly been knowledge sharing, taking inventory, and getting to know our new colleagues. This comes at an interesting time for me as I’m looking at making a change in my career to be more leadership focused and starting down the path on my MBA (more to come on that later).
